One of the core processes of the ISPD menu of services is working with Catholic schools in helping them create, organize and implement a dynamic Plan of Action for the school’s Development/Advancement efforts.

Involving a Core Team of 15-18 people and a planning group of 50-60 people, this process identifies, informs, invites and engages people to help create a practical plan that can be implemented with both short-term and long-term goals. ISPD has found that the success of a Catholic school’s Development/Advancement efforts depends heavily on the written Plan of Action that has been created by the stakeholders of the school, prioritized by the administration and school leaders, and implemented by the Development/Advancement officers and their teams.
