This one day workshop for Catholic schools and parishes is designed to teach parish and school leaders how to create a comprehensive long-range plan for their future. Successful long-range planning efforts unite communities, and invite all members to help shape the vision and future of their institution. ISPD’s proven planning process does just that – engages parishioners and parents and invites them to invest in the life and future of their parish/school. Workshop attendees will leave with a clear understanding of the importance of long-range planning for their Catholic institution, the steps they need to follow to create their plan, and the benefits of a development and people-focused planning effort.
